- This is a natural wood product featuring birch doors and drawer fronts. Natural wood expands and contracts but paint does not stretch and as climate in the home changes this style can experience hairline cracking at the joinery of the doors and drawer fronts. Maintaining a consistent climate can help to lessen the movement of the wood. Slight movement at joinery can come and go and is not considered a defect, and warranty will not cover replacement unless the manufacturer deems it to be excessive. We have seen this happen in this specific color in this style because it is a painted finish. We want to make you aware of how natural wood behaves before you place your order. People ask if we would make a buying decision based on what we have seen and we would still purchase this color in this style and have a touch-up kit on hand so the wax crayon of filstik can be used to fill in if or when needed. Should there be a front that you just have issues with and feel is showing more cracking than you're comfortable with, you can order a new front for a very resaonable cost if the manufacturer will not issue a replacement. We have not had anyone call us regarding this as an issue in the last 10 years.
- Full-overlay door styles leave roughly a 1/4" clearance on the edge. If installed directly against a wall or deeper cabinet and a cabinet door opening of at least 90 degrees is desired, scribe molding should be installed between the cabinet and the wall (or deeper cabinet). If not, the door may not be able to open a full 90 degrees. For a full opening, a space of at least 1/4-1/2" is necessary, a larger space may be needed depending on the decorative hardware used on the cabinets.
- The cabinet depth measurement listed is the depth from the front of the face frame to the back of the cabinet, and does not include the cabinet door depth.

This cabinet is truly a great value offering quality materials & finish. Upgraded features like solid birch doors, soft-closing doors/drawers & pre-finished sides come standard. The finish is not glossy; it's more of a standard satin sheen.
The door style has a routed detail around the inset center panel and features a light/medium greige painted finish that carries some very subtle warmer undertones but doesn't show yellow; it's almost like we would say there's a cashew unertone there. This is a more neutral greige and can show lighter or darker depending on the light in the room and time of day.- Standard depth on this style kitchen base cabinet is 24"

There is not a full assembly system included with these cabinets. What this means is there are no fasteners or L-brackets that attach the face frames to the sides/tops/bottom panels. You WILL receive glides, hinges, corner supports and screw packs.
We use Spotnails Corrugated Fastener model X1C1008 with 1/2" fasteners, Spotnails Stapler JSA116, Max Nailer NF255F/18 & glue/hot glue for building these cabinets. You can use similar items but you will need tools for assembling these.Some customers choose to purchase L-brackets from the hardware store and use them in the same way an RTA assembly system would be used. Please do not purchase the L-brackets until you have the cabinets so you know what size you'll need. If you get the wrong size they will hang over past the framing.
