- This is a natural wood product featuring all maple doors and drawer fronts. Because wood expands and contracts this can produce hairline cracking. Hairline cracks are more prevalent in a painted finish versus a stained finish. The Dark Maple Shaker has not shown any hairline cracking in our showroom over the last seven years. Note: This does not always happen and we have not seen it happen in this style; we're bringing it to your attention before you place your order. This is not considered a defect and warranty will not cover replacement.
- Full-overlay door styles leave roughly a 1/4" clearance on the edge. If installed directly against a wall or deeper cabinet and a cabinet door opening of at least 90 degrees is desired, scribe molding should be installed between the cabinet and the wall (or deeper cabinet). If not, the door may not be able to open a full 90 degrees. For a full opening, a space of at least 1/4-1/2" is necessary, a larger space may be needed depending on the decorative hardware used on the cabinets.
- The cabinet depth measurement listed is the depth from the front of the face frame to the back of the cabinet, and does not include the cabinet door depth.
- Cabinet specs are subject to change without notice. *Cabinet measurements are typically converted from metric to inches and manufacturers will commonly round up to the nearest 1/4 inch. This can cause a measurement to be off by a fraction of an inch (less than 1/4") which is within normal industry standards*

This cabinet is truly a great value offering quality materials & finish. Upgraded features like solid maple doors with reverse raised 3/4" center panels, soft-closing doors/drawers & pre-finished sides come standard. The finish is not shiny or glossy; it's more of a semi-matte finish.

Please note that this isn't ready to assemble style so if you order ready to build you'll need tools. See the "Assembly" tab for more information.
There is not an assembly system included with these cabinets. What this means is there are no fasteners or L-brackets. You WILL receive glides, hinges and screw packs. We use Spotnails corrugated fastener model XC1 or SPTXC1008, Spotnails Stapler JSA116, Max Nailer NF255F/18 & glue/hot glue for building these cabinets. You can use similar items but you will need tools for assembling these.
Some customers choose to purchase L-brackets from the hardware store and use them in the same way an RTA assembly system would be used.
