This rustic, shaker style features a natural, clear finish over rustic hickory, solid hickory face frame & doors, concealed six-way adjustable soft-close door hinges, 1/2" A-grade plywood cabinet box. Sides are smooth hickory veneer over the plywood side panels - if you want the rustic look on exposed sides you will need to order a decorative end panel. This hardwood has variegated knots and grain which are not considered defects. Some pieces may have no knots and others may have multiple knots. Door center panels are made of solid hickory staves which may present as almost a striped look in some or all pieces.
